Hey hey! We made it to Friday! Thank you for being part of my Friday morning routine, which usually goes like this:

Also, I got this mug to help me do all 3 of these things simultaneously.

It’s weird to operate normally these days when our friends in Ukraine are living in an actual war zone, but I’m trying to put on gratitude like lotion and take in these longer, sunnier days. And also there’s a chance we may not ever have to do Daylight Saving Time again? I’m still confused about if this can actually happen but v hopeful. I’m spending my time right now welcoming these seasonal changes with open arms and trying to breathe it all in (but not too much because #pollen).

I hope you find the time to do the same, even if you are experiencing the rage that comes with falling for the lie of False Spring. Hit me with your treasures this week! I need them.

🤝 I love a good and healthy debate! They seem to be hard to come by these days, but here’s a clip of one (about faith) between Stephen Colbert and Ricky Gervais this past week on the Stephen Colbert show.

🤧 Gulp. This one got me. Go get the tissues that are strewn in your purse!! You’ll need them for this video of a man with Alzheimers who has the biggest neighborhood fan club.

🎹 I also got very emotional about this video of a Ukrainian woman who plays her piano for the last time . The contrast of the soft + beautiful piano notes and the crumbled apartment surrounding it are something I will never forget.
