🦈 My dear friends, you must hear the story of how Tim Murray fixed Florida with the help of musical theatre. At no point did I know where this story was going.
👯 Five stars to Ava Philippe's response to a fan who said she and her boyfriend looked just like her parents. But I mean, honestly? They do!

✊🏾As a way to celebrate Juneteenth this year, Faith Adjacent did a special deep-dive episode on the history of Juneteenth with the help of our friend Robert Callahan, and suggested a few ways we can honor this holiday, even if you’re not a person of color. Listen to The Faith Adjacency of Juneteenth here!
🎓These graduates dedicating their accomplishments to their amazing, hardworking parents made me cry big ‘ol tears.
💧Just a friendly PSA to make sure your kids drink water while they're at church camp this summer. They will (probably) thank you later.
🦓 A zebra named Ed escaped from a zoo in Tennessee and then spent 8 days on the run (aka on the adventure of a lifetime) before finally getting caught. I am seriously in love with feisty Ed and thoroughly enjoyed this post dedicated to his airborne trip back home to the zoo.
☔ Lorenzo Musetti is both a tennis star and a chivalrous king. What if your first crush was the ATP player who shared his court umbrella with you?

That’s a wrap on the newsletter, pals! Peace and blessings to you this weekend as you embark on your summertime adventures. See you in the comments!
Whew, this was a doozy of goodness and joy! We're heading into a heatwave, so I'm planning to spend the weekend hiding away with my AC, cool drinks, ice cream, and plenty of good books.
Happy Friday! Summer is summering not a non-busy moment. The world is a hot mess and I too may run away like Ed the 🦓 😂😂. Erin thank you for the dialogue around being affirming. This pride month I’m seeing a lot more hate but also in my small area of South Carolina lots of love for the LGBTQIA folks. I’m trying hold onto the love and show my love but sometimes I just wanna cuss folks out. Anywho have you read “the heaven and earth grocery store”? If not add it to your list, I think you’ll like it. We read it for our book club this month. Have a great weekend!
