What is The Co-op?

A place to share your thoughts and ideas for a community question. We lasso the power of the hive mind to help one another and provide helpful judgment-free answers or suggestions.

How does it work?

I will post a question from the community and if you have wisdom or ideas, simply comment and share them!

Today’s question is from Paige!

How do you talk to your kids about faith when you and your husband feel differently about certain issues? We have a 5-year-old daughter who asks questions about faith all the time. Sometimes her father's answer is not what I would have said. Do I just leave it or do I speak up? It's not anything heretical or even that big of a deal but I want her to know that people think differently about questions of faith. I know my husband and I don't have to be on the same page about everything but I don't want to bag on his faith or say mine is better. Help!

(this is probably not exactly how Paige feels but I do love this Mindy gif, so it stands)

Reminders:

Don’t be judge-y or creepy.
Keep each other’s confidence well.
Resources, wisdom, experience, and general solidarity are all welcomed.
