I met Erin on Instagram like everyone does now. I sent her a “will you be my friend?” DM. She said yes and then she invited me to dinner with Jamie. This photo is from that night in 2017. Do you ever look at photos and wonder what am I wearing? That is me now, looking at this photo in wonder. From my clothes to my hair and the fact that I look like I had just gotten a facial.

🎧 As a person who needs my skin care routine to be simple or I literally need someone to WALK ME THROUGH THAT, I turn to these two ladies to be my guide. I really enjoyed this podcast on skincare and make up favorites. I have some travel this month so I wanted to try some new things.
👗 Fashion is another WMTT. This week I found three new accounts on Instagram that I am loving. I love how they put simple pieces together and the options can range from a sweater on amazon to free people. I was in Target this week and passed this and thought “how could I wear that in public?” Then Jalonda posted about the same thing and I felt like it was a sign. I found another now favorite Janesha and this particular post made me almost buy everything. (Don’t judge me) I am excited for the fall weather. It’s my favorite season for fashion and football. Do you love fall?
🏈 Speaking of football. I love college football and the NFL. I know right now everyone is debating if the Taylor and Travis relationship is real. And honestly I love football, Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs so much that I do not care. But this video made me laugh so hard. I sent it to my entire family and said, “who in our family is Emma?” Poor Emma picked the wrong time to go to the bathroom.

⛪I visited a tiny neighborhood Episcopal church the last two weeks and I'm really liking it. I've very new to the tradition, but the worship has been sweet and the people welcoming. I came from a small church and didn't really want that again, but the Lord has a sense of humor. Ten minutes into service I felt right at home and knew I needed to come back the next week.
🏡 I've been at my house full time for 3 weeks now and I'm loving it. I'm finding my routines again and just feeling much more settled and stable at work as a result. My brother and SIL are AMAZING, but I truly love living alone.
I will hopefully have wifi at the house this weekend, but in the meantime I've been reading lots. Most have been enjoyable, but no real standouts to share. I've got a couple of spooky season holds that I'm hoping come in soon!
