Happy Spring, Lil Swipes! And a very happy Spring Break to my fellow Alabamians! And lastly, happy almost-Holy Week! Seems our school calendar decided to lump everything in there at once this year just for kicks. What a riot!

Friends, I need you to know that I have moved from one obsession to another this week, deeply immersed in all things Kate Middleton. This post is me, each and every day (we hope you’re okay, Princess Kate!) Jamie, Knox, and I dove deep into speculations on this week’s episode of The Popcast if you want a quick briefing, but be ye warned, there has been a lot of info released since then. Knox also tried to Young-William-Was-Hot-Shame all of us millennials like we didn’t have a Tiger Beat fold-out poster hanging up in our rooms as teenagers. I think this was just pot-stirring, but surely we can all agree he definitely belonged between Leo and JTT at one point?

I’ve made a lil room in my day for a quick morning and night check-in on the Royals but to be fair, with each new developing story or tidbit of info comes more questions.

❤️‍🩹 The news is bursting at the seams with Royal conspiracies right now, so it was nice to come across this lovely, non-dramatic post about Meghan and Harry visiting Uvalde, where a horrific school shooting occurred in 2022. I can’t with the dad who made the shirt of he and Meghan! Just a little dose of goodness amid all the chaos.

This weekend is Palm Sunday and then we’re diving right into Holy Week! I can’t believe we’re nearing the end of Lent, but I’m so grateful to have had the company of so many of you in this year’s study of The Sermon on the Mount.

On Sunday, the eldest and I hop on a plane with my mother and 25 other 14-year-olds (🤪🤪🤪) to hop across the pond for her school’s spring break trip. I’ll be in Paris when Lil Treasures usually drops, and I’ve decided to give Lil Treasures a break for next week. I’ll miss you so, but it just means we’ll have extra special treasures the week after that. A lovely Holy Week to all who observe, a happy Spring Break if that’s what you’re getting, and I hope no matter what’s happening for you, you’re able to find joy and peace over the next few days. I’ll keep my eyes peeled for Kate while I’m in London and report back soon.
