The joy I felt watching Adam Brody in Nobody Wants This can’t even be explained. I found myself smiling like a big old dummy throughout almost all episodes. I hope he knows how special he is to us late 30s-mid 40s gals.

I work for a large disaster relief organization and the things we are seeing and hearing from the hurricane are beyond devastating. Many people are saying this is just as complex, if not more complex, than Hurricane Katrina. I know the Carolinas are getting a lot of attention right now (as they should!!!) but I feel like the media is already forgetting about Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. Many of the families that were impacted by Idalia last year in FL were hit again by Helene and many don't have home insurance, or are underinsured. As we move closer to the election you will see less and less about the people still recovering from these storms. Please don't forget about them! Their recovery will take months if not years.
I hope Netflix has a few more seasons of Nobody Wants This lined up - because Adam Brody, Kristen Bell, and the ENTIRE cast killed it. Even when there was conflict - I was cheering on everyone. I'm here for the likeable antagonists.
